It was a period of civil unrest. Sinister outlets serving mediocre food in bland atmospheres were mushrooming around the Klang Valley. During this onslaught, 2 rebels named Fred and Michele managed to secretly plan an opening of a restaurant in the quiet neighbourhood called Mont Kiara. It would be different. It would have simple yet delicious food and drinks and a cosy familiar environment. With battle plan in hand, SOULed OUT made its debut in 1996. These are SOULedOUT's favorites menu:

Lamb Shank

  • Slow cooked to perfection, surrounded by mashed potato and chunky vegetables.

  • Tikka chicken stewed in spicy onion gravy. Served with raitha, papadum and your choice of pulao rice, naan or chips.

  • Warm moist chocolate cake in praline sauce and cashew nuts, topped with Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice-cream.
